No runaround

Everything you are about to wonder, answered first

You are busy and your name goes on this. So here is all of it, up front, before you give us anything.

01

What it costs you

Sixty minutes, once, on Zoom, between September 28 and October 1. That is the entire commitment. No slides. No script. No prep document. No live event to sit through, because every session is recorded in advance.

Twenty to thirty minutes of that hour is the actual recording. The rest is a sound and camera check at the start and a short wrap-up at the end.

02

What you get

A professionally edited video of your session. Twenty to thirty minutes, cut by our editor, delivered as a file within thirty days after the event ends. Yours under a written licence. Post it, embed it, cut it into reels, run it as a paid ad. No charge and nothing held back.

We hold it until after the event for one reason and it is not a catch: the summit is where these premiere, and the audience we are paying to assemble should see yours there first. Then it is yours.

Complimentary lifetime on demand access to every session. The same access attendees pay for. Free, permanently, including all nine of the others.

Plus your name and practice in front of a Tampa Bay audience we are paying to reach, a twelve-month listing in the practitioner directory, and a working referral relationship with a clinic that does not treat what you treat.

03

What the catch is

There is no commission, no referral fee, and no affiliate payment, in either direction. We are both licensed in Florida and Fla. Stat. § 456.054 makes remuneration for patient referrals a felony, so that arrangement is not available to either of us and we are not going to pretend otherwise on page two.

You are not being asked to sell anything, endorse anything, or mention us. Your session is your material, in your words, on a topic in your lane.

04

Who is behind it

Dr. Mark T. Wade, DC, DrPH, chiropractic physician, co-founder of The Posture Clinic in Pinellas Park and founder of the American Posture Institute.

The American Posture Institute trains and certifies clinicians internationally in postural assessment and correction. The Posture Clinic is the chiropractic institution where that work is applied, treating chronic pain patients who have already been through the system, using a measured, brain-based model.

Dr. Wade has produced online events professionally for most of the last decade, so the production will not embarrass you.

The audience

Who your session reaches

We are building this to between 350 and 500 registrants. Registration is geo-targeted to the Tampa Bay area and driven by paid advertising, so these are adults who could physically walk into your practice. Most of them are between 35 and 70.

They have had low back pain for months or years. They have already seen between three and ten providers. Their imaging came back clean, or it showed something that did not explain what they feel. They are not shopping for a modality and they are not looking for a discount. They are trying to understand why nothing has worked.

That last sentence is why the format is an interview and not a presentation. They do not want to be marketed to. They want to hear a clinician think out loud.

The slate

Two days, two jobs

Day 1 explains why nothing has worked. Day 2 covers what changes it. No two sessions cover the same ground, which is why we are inviting by specialty rather than opening it up. Twelve specialties are invited across the two days and ten sessions air, so the slate closes as people confirm.

Day 1 · Friday November 6 · why nothing has worked
  • Spine or orthopedic surgeryWhen low back pain is surgical, and the far more common case when it is not
  • OrthobiologicsWhat cell-based and platelet injections can and cannot do for a low back
  • Pain managementWhat an MRI can and cannot tell you about why you hurt
  • Functional neurologyWhat a neurological exam finds when the imaging is clean
  • ChiropracticThe backs that do not respond, and what is usually different about them
  • Mental healthReframing pain: the alarm system that stayed on after the tissue healed
Day 2 · Saturday November 7 · what changes it
  • Physical therapyThe movement pattern nobody assessed before they treated you
  • Fascia and connective tissueThe tissue nobody palpated
  • AcupunctureWhat decades of needling teaches about referred pain
  • Somatic work and breathworkWhy the body braces, and how it learns to stop
  • Yoga and PilatesLoad, not stretch: what a movement practice does for a long-term back
  • Strength and conditioningWhy rest made it worse, and what load tolerance actually means

If your work sits next to one of these rather than inside it, apply anyway and say so on the form. We are building a series, not one event.

Start to finish

The whole process

  1. You apply below. It takes two minutes.
  2. The calendar loads on the next screen and you book your recording slot. That call is the interview. There is no separate prep call.
  3. Dr. Wade confirms your topic by email, usually the same day.
  4. You send a headshot, a hundred-word bio, and the signed speaker agreement. Nothing else.
  5. Sixty minutes on Zoom at the slot you picked. We send the question areas three days ahead so nothing surprises you. Do not write answers. We want the answer you give patients.
  6. Your session goes live November 6 or 7. Your on demand access opens the same day and does not expire. Your edited video file arrives within thirty days after the event ends.

Straight with you

What we need from you

  • Sixty minutes, once, between September 28 and October 1.
  • A signed speaker agreement. Four pages. It exists because your recorded session becomes advertising for a licensed health care event in Florida, and the agreement is what keeps both of us clean.
  • No cure claims, no guarantees, no promised outcomes, no improvement percentages on camera. Not a stylistic preference. Everything said in these sessions is regulated advertising under Fla. Admin. Code r. 64B2-15.001 and Section 5 of the FTC Act, and the exposure lands on this clinic.
  • Final editorial control stays with us. We will cut anything that reads as a guarantee or a promised outcome. We are telling you that here rather than surprising you in October. If you need approval over the final edit, this is not the right event for you and we would rather both find that out today.

Two minutes. Ten slots. The recording calendar loads as soon as you submit.

This is the only question that takes thought. It is how we build your interview around what you already know.

The next screen is the recording calendar. You pick your sixty minutes there, and the confirmation email has a reschedule link if you need to move it.
